Required Skills:
· Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of hotel operations experience
· Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of training experience (training with hotel / resort is preferred)
· Ability to facilitate remote and onsite user and management level training for all modules of Maestro PMS for class sizes of 2-20 users
· Working knowledge of any PMS (property management system)
· Possess excellent communication/written skills
· Understanding of learning types, agendas and time management within a training classroom
Responsibilities:
· Travel is required for this position for up to 2-3 weeks per month (when required)
· Ability to do shift work is required infrequently, to accommodate training for our international clients
· Daily duties while in office include remote training using computer sharing tools
· User documentation including online educational videos and in depth application testing
· Assisting the Maestro Training and Support Teams in resolving client training and/or support issues
Desired Skills:
· Previous experience in Maestro PMS will bring a candidate to the forefront for selection
· Previous experience in application training in the hospitality environment is ideal
· Hotel online marketing knowledge including Booking Engine and GDS a plus

Position Overview:
As a key member of a small and productive team, the Web developer is responsible for building high impact, responsive websites, email templates and applications.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with design theory, both within traditional web platforms and mobile and must be up to date with current trends in design and development technology.
This candidate will work closely with internal and external customers both with and without technical expertise.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity with Adobe CS considered an asset
- Proficiency with version control theory and Subversion is preferred
- Ability to deliver compelling user experiences across multiple devices
- Utilize responsive design, to create a well-planned site to deliver an optimized experience in context to each device or screen size
